An Exciting Kiwanis Meeting—With Snakes and Zinfandel!

Our June 12 Kiwanis Club of Poway meeting was an absolute hit, with over 40 members and guests gathering for an evening filled with camaraderie, insights, and unforgettable moments.

🐍 A Wild Encounter with Trapper Pat!
The star of the night was none other than Trapper Pat, who captivated the room with a fascinating presentation on his 800+ snake captures over the last five years. To everyone’s amazement, he even brought live snakes for us to see up close—a thrilling experience for all!

🏇 Day at the Races—Coming August 29!
We were honored to welcome four members of the Del Mar Kiwanis Club, including Steve Gardella, who spoke about the upcoming Day at the Races event on August 29. We’re looking forward to a fantastic day of fun and fundraising at Del Mar!
